• Experienced Network Engineers and Technicians: our team is inducted and experienced in working with all major data centres, including Equinix, NextDC, VocusDC, Interactive, and Epsilon;
• Asset Handling: we will manage the shipment of your assets or receive them directly at the data centre;
• Rack Installation: installation of your assets in the data centre rack according to your standards or based on a custom design we create for you;
• Collaborative Setup: our team will work closely with your Network Engineers to set up your servers and network equipment in the rack;
• Neat Cable Management: we ensure all cables are managed and labeled meticulously for easy identification and maintenance;
• Documentation: high-quality photos and post-installation data rack schematics will be provided for your records.

Additional Services

• Structured Cabling and Cross-Connects: we coordinate with the data centre to ensure structured cabling and cross-connects are delivered properly;
• OTDR Testing: conduct OTDR tests to verify the integrity and performance of fiber optic connections;
• Patch Cross-Connects: patch cross-connects to your equipment seamlessly;
• Care Packages: install care packages in the rack that includes set of tools, SFP modules;
• Nuts and bolts: ensuring your travelling network engineers can travel light without worrying about missing essential items like an SFP modules, screwdriver, bolts'n'nuts or labels.

Pricing

Hourly Rate: $110 per hour for all configuration and management services.
Design Fee: $500 for the data rack layout schematics, OTDR tests, and care package.
